-  Orders of more than 30 platters require at least 24 hours' notice. Delivery or pickup is available during regular business hours; however, orders may be scheduled outside peak hours based on store availability;

-  Please be aware of the toothpicks on the Chicken Brochette appetizer; 

-  ALLERGIC INFORMATION: All our platters are prepared in our kitchens, and may have contact with cilantro, nuts, mushrooms, dairy and gluten during its preparation which is known to cause severe allergic reactions in some people; 

-  PLEASE alert us of any food allergies, as not all ingredients are listed in the menu; 

   *Contains or may contain raw or undercooked ingredients; 

   *Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, pork, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase risk of food borne illness; 

- A 2.5% kitchen appreciation charge is added to each check and goes directly to our kitchen team. This charge may be removed upon request.; 

- 18% gratuity will be added to all parties of  6 or more; 

- 18% gratuity will be added to all tables after 11pm every day of the week on Hollywood location. And from Thursday through Sunday on DTLA location. 100% of this charge goes directly to our team members;

-  Bossa Nova reserves the right to request customers seated on the patio after 11pm to open a tab with their Credit Card/Debit Card as a security measure; 

-  In order to comply with CA State Law, we will remove all alcoholic drinks from the table at 1:50AM. No exceptions. 

-   Minimum consumption of $20.00 after 11pm for Dine In customers; 

-   Bossa Nova is not responsible for lost or stolen articles; 

-   Dishes may vary from images shown on the website;

-   Sales tax will be added where applicable.; 

-   Once an order is picked up by a third-party delivery service, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or missing items.; 

-   All sales are final. Any issues must be reported immediately so we may assist you;
